@prakashsangam I have checked the Booking for women option and because of some serious reasons I have booked the lower seat than why it got changed without informing me. And change to Upper Birth with which we have problem. I am gonna post this on LinkedIn as well. Worst AI customer support.

Booked Mumbai–Nagpur bus via @redBus_in & @holidays_laxmi. Bus delayed from 8:25 PM to ~10 PM with no tracking/support. Reached Nagpur ~11:30 AM instead of 8 AM. Neither operator nor platform is taking responsibility. Poor service & no accountability @jagograhakjago @consaff

@redBus_in Today morning I booked a ticket for a AC bus from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata scheduled time was 11.20am. I tried calling the operator they clearly told it is not there bus and they don't have any buses at that time. This is cheating so I want my money full refund.
