4/ Three things the report makes clear: 1⃣ Public-permissioned is the viable model for hosting central bank money on a public ledger. 2⃣ Deterministic finality is a hard requirement for wholesale settlement. 3⃣ Live wCBDC settled on a public network. The model works.
