SCOTUS has let Texas' immigration law, SB 4, go into effect,

SCOTUS didn't say SB 4 is constitutional. Instead, it said the 5th Circuit messed up in temporarily allowing the law to go into effect after it reversed a lower court's ruling blocking it. It also said SCOTUS can change its mind if the appeals court doesn't make a ruling soon.
