The issue isn't whether Iran was on the verge of getting a nuclear weapon. The issue is whether they would continue to try until they were successful. It isn't the timing that is important, it is the intent.

@RevShark We don’t know their intent and that’s exactly the point. Intelligence reflects uncertainty, but public narratives present certainty and urgency. That gap matters.

@RevShark Iran is weeks from a bomb” they’ve been saying that since 1992. Our own DNI testified in 2025 they had no active weapons program. The IAEA chief said the same in 2026. The timeline keeps moving. The war happened anyway.

Eliminating Iran as a global threat will be worth trillions to the US in the future. Politicians are never willing to suffer some short-term pain for long-term gain.

@RevShark Will it? If oil prices drop in this scenario, producers will cut back on production, keeping prices higher than people think. And providing free college, daycare and/or more trade schools would also likely add trillions to our economy.
