So I have a water heater that’s barely 8 years old and is leaking but Rheem won’t stand behind the product because I didn’t own the house at the time it was installed… I asked them how did I void the warranty by buying the house and they couldn’t answer. @rheem_water

@rheem - just purchased a hot water heater heat pump in May and it worked great until September. Started having trouble with it keeping up with a 2 person household and have been working with your technical team since November to no avail. Need help desperately

@HomeDepot @rheem Not again @rheem @HDCares! Was setting up a bath for my daughter, the [hot] water was yellow. Filled a cup from another faucet, it was yellow. This replacement heater is about 3 years old!! That’s two defective units in less than 6 years!!! What can I do get quality prod?

.@rheem had this water heater installed 3/2021 and it’s already failing!? 🤦🏾♂️ 2 adults and in the house with 2 small children. Our water bill is <$50 / month and how is this already giving us problems???

@rheem six month old hot water heater. This is the worst customer service. You guys never call back and I’ve waited on the phone for close to 4 1/2 hours altogether and the last two weeks. Worst company ever.

@rheem I am totally disgusted with your warranty. My water heater took a crap last night . I have water damage in my home. After looking up the model (which was in my house that was brand new and purchased in 2021) your website shows ONLY a 1 Year Warranty! What the heck ?
