The Institute for Fiscal Studies @TheIFS has given its 'initial response' to Plaid Cymru's manifesto, including the line:
"Plaid Cymru therefore does not appear to have faced up to the fiscal reality facing the next Welsh Government. And if the party knows how it would afford its pledges, it has omitted to explain how in its manifesto"

I've just interviewed Plaid Cymru's leader Rhun ap Iorwerth as he launched their Senedd election manifesto in Wrexham... 🎙️CLIP 1. In our previous interview, I tried to pin him down on how Plaid would fund its major childcare offer. I've asked again... 🎙️CLIP 2: NHS Waiting lists.
