Many moons ago due the Iraq conflicts oil reached about $150 a barrel if my memory serves me right. At the time the price at the pump was about $1.50 a litre, Now it's gone up(?) to $95-98 a barrel & the RRP is $199.5 That's 100% markup compared to back then. What am I missing?
