🌞 REDOX 10/10 🧵 CLOSING MANTRA 💫 This is only the beginning. 😅 There’s so much more than what I mentioned in this 10-part thread…and if even this feels like too much for you, start simple…sunrise tomorrow. Then add grounding; water structuring; blue-light control; EMF reduction week by week;…. Every photon you reclaim adds to your charge. Every electron you keep extends your life. Each habit stacks electrons, tunes clocks, and rebuilds the battery you live in. Redox is life; coherence is conversation; location is medicine. “Fix the light first, and biology will follow.” I’m new to this too…I only started learning in February 2025, when I discovered @DrJackKruse , so I’ve been on this journey for just 9 months. We’re going to learn together but never forget to enjoy life. 😌 What’s the point of doing all this if you’re miserable? Even when friends and family don’t understand you, it’s okay. This is your journey, not theirs…if moving forward means leaving them behind, so be it. I know you want to share it with the people you love so they can benefit too, but you shouldn’t push what they don’t want to hear. I’ve learned my lessons. Enjoy them anyway. When they see your improvement, they’ll come to you at the right time. Or never. Accept it! Believe me… everyone I know personally (friends and especially family) thinks I’m nuts 😒. But honestly, I don’t care …😆…🙃 And when there are moments where you want to enjoy them, their company, in places where you can’t say no, just prepare yourself. If you’re going somewhere with strong indoor blue light, cover your skin and wear blue-light blockers. Life is short. Don’t make it shorter…enjoy it fully. 🫶🏻 Honestly, I wish my 50th birthday present 🎁 next year could be the day I leave this city and move to El Salvador. Near the equator, red and UV bathe you all year; high charge, high repair. Far north, you trade UV for magnetism and cold. Ignore that swap, and your biology pays interest in disease. If you hate the sun but love Wi-Fi, you’re living upstream from extinction. Move where your circadian rhythm matches your daylight hours. If your location broke your mitochondria, no supplement or doctor can fix it while you stay there.
