Tunnock's is pretty much the only brand I can think of that hasn't engaged in enshittifaction. No change to recipe, shrinkflation, rebranding, change in packaging. I hope they're still going when all their competitors are fucked.

@wilsonpeter48 that everyone has a different expectation when it comes to something like ginger. While some customers enjoy a milder taste, we understand it may feel disappointing if you were hoping for a stronger, more traditional ginger flavour. Your comments are genuinely helpful and 2/3

@Ringtons got my internet order yesterday as I don't want people banging on my door leaving stuff if I was out. I buy what I want and pay there and then, trying a few new biscuits and treats but disappointed with 2 items. Ginger cake tastes hardly of ginger I usually buy from

@Ringtons I can’t message as I’m not a verified user!! However I visited a @Tesco store where I bought a jar of coffee that will last awhile, however if I see a Ringtons van I’ll catch up with him.

@Ringtons a little disappointed your Rep never came to mine today with my coffee and free biscuits, as a new customer this has knarked me, I might as well go back to the supermarket!

@JayneCellis are exempt from “no cold callers” signage, which applies specifically to uninvited salespeople. That said, your experience still matters to us, and our reps should always be respectful and considerate. Would you be able to forward the postcode the sales person called to so 3/4

@Ringtons maybe you should school your sales people not to knock on a door with a no cold callers or sales people sign and then become sarcastic and rude when you tell them you don’t drink tea or coffee.
