During the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, we’re uplifting the powerful voices of our young people learning what healthy relationships really looks like. As one student wrote in their original song: “It won’t change unless we start to raise our voice.”

In the 1980s, Rising Grounds made a choice to become one of the first human services organizations in the nation to provide specialized care and support for children with AIDS. As we reflect on yesterday's World AIDS Day, we honor the progress made and the work still ahead.

Thousands are facing SNAP delayed benefits and deeper cuts while grocery prices climb. Families forced to make impossible choices: food or medicine. Children, elders & working households left waiting. We have to fill the gap together. We can't do this alone.

In Jamaica, Queens📍Hope, dreams, and inspiration live here. At our Safe Space, young people chose the words that define their community. Together, we’re building spaces where young people can dream freely, feel safe, and rise with purpose.

We hit the ground running at the @includenyc 5K to show our support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities AND we’re just getting started! We’re officially launching our Running Group across the boroughs, ready to join the movement?
