**Vergonha nacional.** Enquanto milhares de brasileiros passam fome, dormem em barracos sobre esgotos a céu aberto e reviram lixo por comida, a **Vigilância Sanitária** jogou no lixo **500 kg de queijo artesanal** de uma família de pequenos produtores em Minas Gerais. O motivo? Faltava o **selo SIM** (Serviço de Inspeção Municipal). Segundo o casal (conhecido como Casal Mineiro), o queijo **não tinha nada estragado**. Era produto do suor deles, feito com dedicação. Mas a fiscalização decidiu: sem selo, vai tudo pro caminhão de lixo. 500 quilos de queijo bom, que poderiam estar na mesa de famílias que mal conseguem comprar pão, viraram monturo por causa de burocracia. Isso não é proteção à saúde. Isso é insensatez. É o Estado destruindo o sustento de quem produz, enquanto gente passa necessidade. É o pequeno produtor sendo massacrado por exigências que grandes indústrias conseguem cumprir com facilidade. O Brasil produz comida suficiente. O que falta é bom senso. Em vez de ajudar o produtor rural a se regularizar, preferem jogar o alimento fora — bem na cara de quem tem fome. Isso revolta. E com razão. Brasil, essa burocracia mata. Literalmente.
