By blocking the bipartisan border agreement, they put partisan politics ahead of our country’s national security.   And while Congressional Republicans are choosing to stand in the way of border enforcement, I remain committed to taking action to address our broken immigration system.

Donald Trump took a joy ride with Secret Service agents when he was contagious with Covid without regard for getting them sick. He watched our Capitol police being beaten with their own shields, hit with flag poles and sprayed with chemicals without lifting a finger to stop it. He’s called those who attacked them “patriots” and “hostages.” He even praises one of them as a “martyr.” So yeah, it’s a great big fucking mystery why the agents who had to search Mar-a-Lago would have been granted the authority to use lethal force if necessary, ain’t it.

Republicans have been denying their plans to ban birth control. So Chuck Schumer is considering introducing a bill to protect it permanently — to get them on record. Should he?

For example, he: - promised to be a dictator on Day One - kept a book of Hitler's speeches by his bed - referred to Charlottesville Nazis as "very fine people" - regularly pulls words and phrases from Hitler, like "poisoning the blood of our country" - previously shared antisemitic posts during previous campaigns - had dinner with well-known White Supremacist Nick Fuentes - said he would round up MILLIONS of human beings - told the Proud Boys to "stand back and stand by" - shared a video on his feed that features the words "unified Reich." So no, I'm not saying trump is a Nazi. But he sure is comfortable looking like one.
