Today, a federal court heard arguments in the government's appeal of my case against Pete Hegseth. It was a day in court not just for me, but for millions of retired veterans and our First Amendment rights. I will not back down from this fight.
ICE violently detain yet another U.S. citizen—refuse to even look at his ID. 3 agents tackle man and injure his face—drag him away to unmarked car. "He's not even an immigrant!" witness yell. "He's from here!" "Why y'all kidnapping him for?" Agents refused to give their badge numbers, show ID, or give any explanation. "Take your mask off... why are you so scared?" Incident occurred in Brooklyn, New York.

More than 10,000 veterans have lost their homes to foreclosure since the Trump administration abruptly shut down the VA’s foreclosure rescue program in May 2025, giving mortgage servicers just one week’s notice. The mortgage industry warned the Trump administration this would happen. They did it anyway. Another 90,000 veterans are now behind on their mortgages or already in the foreclosure process, the highest pace of VA loan foreclosures in a decade. It is heartbreaking what these families are enduring at the hands of this White House, and we are not going to stop talking about it. We are not going to stop fighting for them. Convicted pedophile Jarvis Butts, the 43-year-old Detroit man who groomed, impregnated, and murdered a black 13-year-old, Na’Ziyah Harris, was found dead in his prison cell on March 26, 2026 — just weeks after being sentenced to 35–60 years.
