@roborockglobal Please let us adjust the suction power of the vacuum while in the remote control feature. Also, it would be ideal if it did not cancel the job once you use that feature.

@roborockglobal You’re support has been useless. The escalations are going no where. Buyers beware, the units are awesome!! UNTIL THEY’RE NOT. And then you’ll find out the hard way as I have. 2 years in on a 5 year extended warranty and no help.

@roborockglobal ROBOROCK please do the right thing!! You received my S8 MAX V ultra with an issue of Error 48 and returned it to me in pieces, damaged, with a broken under carriage, and will not suck up water from mopping and a whole host of other issues.
