$WU / $IMXI spread blew out from ~5% to ~20% after NY emerged as the last key reg. hurdle; now back to ~12%. All other state approvals are in, but the current NY pushback looks real. With ~35% downside, 12% does not feel attractive. Any thoughts on the NY process?
What percent of 280E savings goes toward platform/marketing spend? 10%? 15%? 20%? Of that, who is the largest beneficiary? The drug will remain federally illegal under Schedule III, so not Meta/Google. Second order thinking is still a thing, I think.
