Your face is probably fine and hard to change. Get a boob job, precisely control your weight, and do hourglass-enhancing exercises. Early in my pixel art explorations, I was wary of saturation. I hadn't thought deeply enough about what pixel art could be to realize that my view of it is fully abstract. I don't see it as a low resolution manner of replicating real life- I see it instead as a manner of creating constraints regarding the toolset one can use to inspire feelings in others. Just like photography isn't an incomplete film, pixel art is different than every other medium in its constraints and strengths. Big fan.
