One in the hospital. Investigators say surveillance video shows Simpson walking up BEHIND both men and firing twice. Why? A PARKING SPOT. The victim lived a few doors down and had parked in the spot in front of Simpson's door. That's it. That's the whole reason. In 2013, Simpson was charged with FIRST-DEGREE M*RDER for shooting Richard Bonds during a fight in an uptown parking lot. He pleaded it down to voluntary manslaughter. He served ONLY FIVE YEARS. He was out in 2020. His record and found TEN more notable arrests AFTER that release!!!! I found 9 separate sets of charges in the last 3 years alone.
