در پایان این بیانیه، کشورهای «میزبان پایگاههای نظامی آمریکا در منطقه» تهدید شدند اگر میخواهند آسیب نبینند، باید آمریکاییها را وادار به خروج از کشورشان کنند.
این بیانیه در حالی منتشر میشود که گزارشهای روز جمعه، از حملات پهپادی و موشکی سپاه پاسداران به تاسیسات نفتی و آب شیرینکنها در کشورهای کویت و امارات متحده حکایت دارد.
