@FederalBankLtd @rupeekapp Extremely poor experience with Rupeek Gold Loan partnered with Federal Bank. Their iOS app does not support interest payments, and their website frequently fails when trying to pay interest. Due to these ongoing technical issues, I am unable to make timely payments. Their own platform shows errors like “Selected loans are facing issues” and fails to fetch loan details from the bank. Rupeek has also acknowledged system migration issues affecting payments till April 2026, yet no reliable alternative has been provided. Because of this, customers are forced into delays and risk being charged higher or penal interest for no fault of their own. There is no proper system for reminders either—no timely notifications about due dates. On top of that, it’s not possible to change interest slabs due to platform issues, which again puts customers at a disadvantage. Customer support is equally disappointing—after reaching out, I was informed it takes 3+ hours just to receive closure/payment details, which is unacceptable for time-sensitive financial transactions. This is unfair and highly unprofessional. Customers should not be penalized for technical failures from the company’s side. If any additional or penal interest is charged during this period, it will be completely unjustified. I would not recommend Rupeek to anyone based on my experience.
