Chatted to @ruskin147 last night, a great advocate for those with Parkinsons. He told me their petition is just a few thousand away from the 100,000 signatures necessary to push a parliamentary debate. \ As a rule, I don't share petitions as there are so many. Yet as this one's so close, and I've known him a long time, I thought it worth an exception... not to tell you to sign it, that's your business, but to raise awareness that its out there.

@ruskin147 I think Twitter also belongs to those of us using it. Leaving it is declaring defeat. But it is your prerrogative to do as you see fit. I'm sorry I'll miss Sophie's updates, which lifted my spirit, but I don't wanto to open any more social media accounts. Thanks for the ride.
