Someone finally said it. Ik Duncan vs KG was debated in real time but I think ppl that have KG over him are really looking at games from a modern lens. “He can switch 1-5”, that wasn’t as important as being a good POST defender back then, which TD was superior.
I also saw someone try to use TS% for Oscar Robertson. TS was made because with the high volume of 3s, it gives a more accurate representation of what EFFICIENT should be considered. THERE WAS NO 3 point line, just use FG% & FT%😭😭

these arguments are always using current era metrics to compare players who played in an era where teams did not evaluate or optimize players based on those metrics always been silly to me
