Scotland has been a key partner in the development of the new Antimicrobial Resistance National Action Plan. Follow the link in the comments to read about the action plan, and find out more about our organisation's work to safeguard antibiotics now and for the future.

Using antibiotics that have been lying in the house for a while means they may have expired. When antibiotics reach their expiration date, there’s no guarantee they will be safe or effective, potentially leading to more serious illness. Read more at the link in comments.
