i once sent 5k emails on a monday, got 2 interested replies then i changed one thing, instead of pitching my whole offer, i switched the copy to a front end offer that gives them a quick win the next day, same 5k emails were sent. 26 positive replies front end offers >>>>>>>>

@patrickdichter damn, the only thing that we found work for bookkeeping was to reach out to recently funded companies that are less than 4 years old. split tested it across various decision maker titles. wasnt hard but it took nearly 3 months to find the winner. try and lmk

Is your cold email getting ignored? Stop opening with 'I help companies like yours...' Open with their problem instead. 'Most {{role}}'s I talk to are stuck on XYZ.' Literally use what youve heard from sales calls on the cold email script

Personalization doesn't book more meetings. Relevance does. Mentioning someone's LinkedIn post isn't personalization. 'You're likely dealing with X given Y' is relevance. Relevance >> Personalization

Your cold email open rate is a vanity metric. Reply rate is the only number that matters. Most reps optimize the wrong thing, then wonder why their pipeline is empty.

find that immediate or approaching bottleneck as id like to call it and work the problem so bottomline: don't rely on one singular tool for your outbound "stack" always have a backup and another backup incase SHTF.
