🌬️ Reflecting on SISU and the Winter Retreat 🌬️ Our December retreat with Performance Breathworks was a beautiful reflection of SISU - a Finnish concept representing courage, resilience, and inner strength, especially during life’s challenges. At SISU, wellness means showing up for ourselves - even when it’s hard. It’s about tapping into our innate resilience and using accessible tools, like the breath and nature, to find calm amidst chaos. It’s about trusting in our capacity to heal, grow, and rise to challenge injustice and inequality. This retreat was a celebration of SISU - whether participants tried something new, released stress, or embraced the power of presence.
