I'm out. No more politics. No more anti-bigotry. I've been attacked by bigots and this month Bonnie Greer, Supertanskii and TimesCorbyn. There have been others. I just got out of hospital (again) with a life-threatening illness. I don't have the energy to fight so-called allies.

@Horseshoe_Party @i_iratus Hear that. Just out of a week in hospital myself (not related but am still exhausted). Of course the doctors wouldn't listen to anything I said. The nurses did, thank goodness. Always talk to the nurses!

@LouWhit15 @i_iratus I've had #mecfs for over a decade and this advice won't hurt and might help. Any excess of these vitamins is simply excreted naturally and many people have reported good results for over a decade.

@i_iratus It can take anything up to 6 months to return to normal Bear, obviously there are many who have been suffering for a few years, may I suggest some really good vitD tablets and maybe B12 as well

@i_iratus Yes I'm quite brain fogged but weirdly due to being extra Neurospicy it's just a worse degree of it so I can ride it out usually. Got proper scrambled at times the past couple weeks and made some proper howlers of takes 🤦🏻‍♂️😆 I think you'll be ok but I've heard latest one lingers.

@i_iratus (if in doubt, please be aware that in my experience at least 90% of health practitioners do not understand CBT or GET in the context of "post viral fatigue" aka "long covid" aka "MECFS") Read the science and know it inside out. But...brain fog... So... :(

@i_iratus I'm so sorry. What you describe is what the ME/CFS community have been talking about for years. "Long covid" is almost identical in most ways. 1) sorry but get used to it. 2) learn pacing or it'll get worse 3) don't accept GET or CBT as treatment unless they understand it.
