I measured the gain and NF of my QPL9547, a Chinese LNA from Aliexpress - "0.3dB NF 20dB gain 0.1 to 6 GHz", a Lotus 50M6G LNA and one of my PHA83 W gain blocks. Looks like the Chinese LNA performance is very close to that of my home made QPL9547.

@sp5xmu Yes sir! The founders son has now founded Guerilla RF and a lot of the ex-RFMD folks are now there. I still know a lot of people at Qorvo. Qorvo shut down the signal source lines in 2018 and I was one of 5 people to close the doors in Colorado. A lot of history was lost that day
