Exciting progress at the Stan Robinson Stadium! It’s been another busy day at the Stan Robinson Stadium because we have now undertaken the ground survey work in preparation for the planned 3G pitch renovation, scheduled for the start of the 2027/28 season — just 12 months away! Our survey team has been digging test holes and taking core samples around the pitch to assess percolation rates and fully understand the ground conditions. These essential tests will allow us to move forward confidently and produce an accurate cost and build plan for the new surface. We should have the survey results back in a few weeks time. This groundwork is a vital step towards delivering a fantastic new facility for the club.
