This is called the Back Attack and it’s one of the few machines that nearly every D1 Football Program puts in their weight rooms. I’ve wanted one for years and finally added it to my home gym. It has absolutely lived up to my expectations.

Years ago, I knew an old-school sign painter who used real brushes, not vinyl. He was a functional drunk with hands that shook violently, until he picked up his paint. Once he started, he’d freestyle pinstripe a car to absolute perfection. 🎨🚗
