Results come from consistent effort over time. Scotty trains year round and that consistency has produced some amazing results. He is a different athlete, gaining 9” on vertical, +4mph faster. Scotty is only in 8th grade and has a bright future in baseball and football.

Ethan has dropped .4 off his sixty in 3 months. Speed is a skill that we have been able to improve with consistent effort over time. We offer Acceleration Speed classes and Mx Velocity Speed classes that can help any athlete improve their speed. We use the latest technology and science including the 1080, Raptors, Force Treadmills, and timing gates to track each athletes progress.
