Question for women (and men too)- have you run in linerless loose fitting shorts? Do you feel your 🍑 needs the support of a liner (like a bra 👙), or are you Ok with the feeling/mechanics of your 🍑 not being supported? This may be a question for @drpetertierney - any science?

What a day! Contacted first thing this morning to go live with @NickyAACampbell @bbc5live talking about racism in the countryside/rural racism. Was only supposed to be 10 mins, stayed for an hour. It’s available on catch up… Nicky navigated these conversations so well!

Today we launched our ‘Spring into Trail Running’ series of events which will see our community come together in March in cities around the U.K. and - for the first time - America! BE the change.

Was then contacted later in the day by @TherealNihal for his show on @bbc5live to talk further. The main point I wanted to get across with Nihal was intentional action being taken by my charity @RunnersBlack to get more people of colour in the countryside. Cont. in comments….
