Fantastic to see @IHSNigeria continue its commitment to supporting the entrepreneurs of tomorrow! Almost one year since the launch of IHS-supported incubation and acceleration programs at the Ilorin Innovation Hub, Kwara State, 10 entrepreneurs benefitted from in-person sessions with renowned tech advisors at an Accelerator Weekend hosted at the hub. Excited to see how their ideas come to fruition as they drive technological innovations through to the next phase.

Fantastic initiative from @IHSTowers Women In IHS Network (WIIN) in Côte d’Ivoire who spearheaded the construction of a fully refurbished annex building to the Maman N’Zi Nursery in Grand-Lahou. Through their actions, this childcare facility will be better equipped to protect these young children and provide a supportive, engaging, restful learning and home environment. Incredibly proud to support Belém’s infrastructure preparations for COP 30 by partnering with @ClaroBrasil, @vivobr and @TIMBrasil to inaugurate the region's first shared connectivity tower. Working collaboratively with all three operators, IHS Brazil has navigated challenging physical terrain and constructed a 60-meter tower infrastructure to deliver 4G and 5G connectivity to the region for the first time. Proud to see @IHSNigeria continue their relationship with the END Fund, as together, they seek to help advance the treatment of neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) in Nigeria. During a three-day engagement, alongside the END Fund and the Helen Keller Foundation in Uyo (Akwa Ibom State), our colleagues heard from state officials, medical experts, and community members, to gain a deeper understanding of how their collaboration is supporting the roll-out of vital treatments.

Across our operations, we work hard to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and champion environmental stewardship. Great to see continued reforestation efforts in Nigeria and Zambia throughout September. In Nigeria, as supporters of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation’s and the Green Recovery Nigeria Programme, we’ve helped contribute to the planting of more than 7,000 trees across seven states! While in Zambia, IHS representatives joined students, parents and teachers to plant 55 trees at the Kanyanja Community School in Kafue District. Here’s to protecting our shared environment.
