@sandwellcouncil what combination do i need to use to speak to someone? i’ve called the number but it doesn’t provide anyway for me to speak to a human, as i mentioned just stuck in a loop with steps i’ve already tried online. the live chat function is still unavailable sandwell.gov.uk/contactus

@sandwellcouncil who can i speak to about my council tax refund? tried calling all day and filling forms online just get stuck in a loop with the chatbot and automated responses.

Register to vote by 11.59pm on Monday 20 April if you’ve never registered, or if you’ve changed your name or moved house since you last voted. Apply for a postal vote by 5pm on Tuesday 21 April.

We’re delivering poll cards for the Local Elections in May 2026. If you’re registered to vote, you should receive your poll card in the next two weeks.

@sandwellcouncil Is there any chance bin drivers can be told to check who has food bins for collection. It seems bizarre the only time we have a missed collection is when a huge van(not ours) is parked outside the house so they don't see a food bin outside. Happened a few times!

Hey @sandwellcouncil the issue with broken pipe in Harry Mitchel Park got even worse but it seems like the workers could not repair it and they just covered it up but the issue seems worse now.
