Had the pleasure of working at Turner Broadcasting for three years, long after Ted Turner left. However, his influence was still there and the stories I heard about him from the old timers were pure legend. A truly one of a kind individual. RIP.

If you're mocking this guy, you've got issues. He's 20 yrs old and was just picked in the 1st round of the NFL Draft (right at the end when it looked like he might have to wait til Day 2). Most people will never feel that level of emotion. Expecting veteran answers is stupid.

@vlalla Cam needs weapons. Wandale (your old guy) is great as a slot, but they need a downfield receiver. They got their edge later in the 1st and already have FAs and their 2nd round pick from a yr ago. I'll take a flyer on Tate and hope he can he a Chase to Ward's Burrow...

Draft Day is my reward for gutting through a tough yr as a Titans fan. Even at number 4, I have no idea who they'll pick. One of the edge rushers would be great. Cam could use a WR. And then there's Jerimiyah. I'd love to get a Titans jersey with "LOVE" written on the back.

Sorry, but to bash the Rooney Rule is to not understand it. Interviewing a full roster of candidates and not being myopic is not reverse racism or quotas, it's equal opportunity. It would be different if it dictated who you had to hire. espn.com/nfl/story/_/id…

Taking paternity leave was one of the greatest gifts I ever got from an employer. Changed my life. It should be noted that he took leave in '23, came back, signed Darnold over Cousins, & won 14 gms in '24. I wish the Titans braintrust took paternity leave these last few yrs.

True confessions: I thought Sam Darnold was a mistake for the Seahawks and, while I knew Vrabel would be a great hire for the Patriots, I thought he'd manage to mess up Drake Maye. Two huge swings and misses. At least I knew Smith and Carroll would be a disaster in Vegas...
