If New York isn't safe, nothing else matters. The only prosecutor running for New York Attorney General.

Crime across New York is up 26% under Letitia James, and now, according to the new Siena Poll, New Yorkers are looking for a new Attorney General.
On the question of whether voters want another term of Letitia James or someone else as Attorney General, James is in a statistical tie, leading just 43%-41%. Notably, James loses with Independents 26%-52%.
Additionally, 53% of New Yorkers believe the state is going in the wrong direction on reducing crime, compared to just 38% who think we are on the right track.
Isabelle Daigle, Saritha Komatireddy’s campaign manager said “ New Yorkers deserve an Attorney General who is focused on New York and focused on our safety, and they are not getting that right now. Saritha is prosecuting the political case against Letitia James and this poll shows that she is on track to win in November.”

New York got $3 billion in opioid settlement money. And the AG decides how to use it.
So why is it going to tasers, virtual reality headsets, and a baby shower?
With $3 billion, we could provide free in-patient drug treatment to every New Yorker who needs it. As Attorney General, that’s what I’ll do.

Another victim failed by a broken criminal justice system.
A repeat offender, out on bail, stabbing an innocent New Yorker. This is unacceptable.
We need tough, proven prosecutors who will keep dangerous offenders in jail - not progressive policies that prioritize criminals over innocent people.
No more excuses, no more politics - just results that protect our communities.

The qualifications that matter most for Attorney General? A career focused on public service and public safety.
For over 12 years, I've served as a federal prosecutor taking on terrorists, drug cartels, and fraudsters. I've put predators behind bars and protected families across New York.
That's the kind of real-world law enforcement experience New Yorkers need in the Attorney General's office - not another career politician focused on headlines.

This is horrifying.
A group of teenagers brutally attacked a homeless man in Binghamton — a senseless act of violence reportedly fueled by a social media trend.
This is what happens when we fail to protect the most vulnerable and allow disorder to take hold.
We need to restore consequences, protect the most vulnerable, and make it clear: this kind of violence will not be tolerated in New York.

This coverage gets to the heart of why I’m running.
New Yorkers deserve an Attorney General focused on public safety — not politics. I’ve spent my career as a prosecutor, and I know what it takes to keep communities safe.

New Yorkers deserve subways and shelters that are safe, clean, and humane.
Right now, we’re getting none of the above — disorder on trains and a system that’s failing the people who need help most.
This isn’t compassion, and it isn’t public safety.
We need leadership that restores order on transit and ensures people get real help in safe, well-run shelters — not on subway cars.
I will use the power of the AG’s office to tackle these problems, instead of just talking about them.

Freeze the AG's budget.
The budget has increased $149M since 2019, even though crime, homelessness, and fraud are up.
The office doesn't need more money; it needs new leadership.

The New York Attorney General's Office keeps getting a raise every year. Here’s the result: 📈26% increase in crime 📈63% increase in drug deaths 📈38% increase in homelessness Why are New York taxpayers footing the bill for demonstrated failure? The Attorney General's Office does not need a raise, it needs new leadership. When I'm Attorney General, I'll do more with less. See my full statement below ⬇️

A man thrown onto the platform. Another rider beaten and robbed.
This is what “status quo” looks like in New York’s transit system.
We just laid out real solutions to restore safety in the subway. Now we need an Attorney General who will do it.

New York doesn’t have a revenue problem—it has a fraud problem.
Under Letitia James, Medicaid fraud recoveries have collapsed while spending has skyrocketed. That’s money stolen from taxpayers.
As Attorney General, I’ll prosecute fraud, recover what’s owed, and put 20 new prosecutors on the job—starting Day One.
