The govt has banned only “Allopathic practitioners” under this scheme and have not taken any action on any other branch of practitioners / Quacks or self claimed doctor Baba’s who play with millions of lives in bihar under the pretext of providing treatment ! This order was not any issue if it involved all pathy , be it allopathy , Ayush or others without any discrimination to one but a single side attack to modern medicine will only promote further quackery in the state !

Sent in my resignation to the IAP membership as it's becoming too suffocating to stay there, with the leadership worrying more about the funds from Kenvue than the safety of children. No condemnation of the notice issued to me. No condemnation of the public statement made by Kenvue that they presented their hydration portfolio in PEDICON. Giving a position statement on ORS and electrolyte drinks after the notice was sent to me. Emphasizing on Sucralose (clearly showing conflict of interest) that it's safe, without even warning the parents about the potential dangers with long term usage...... disturbance of gut microbiome, diabetes, and related complications like heart attack. What is the need to even talk about Sucralose in a position statement on ORS and electrolyte drinks. So much ambiguity in the statement. Hello @NMC_BHARAT, As discussed with the officials at NMC regarding the issues in the FMGL‑21 regulation and its improper implementation within the same batch of 2021 (session 2021–22), • Several State Medical Councils are not following the NMC notice dated 18 March 2026. • FMGs in Delhi are facing issues related to PSM posting. • The 3‑year internship should reduce to 2 years maximum. We request you to kindly resolve these issues at the earliest, as they are creating significant hurdles for thousands of FMGs across India and abroad. Hoping for prompt action, @NMC_BHARAT

Multiple emails to IAP for more than 4 years, to not take funds from Johnson&Johnson and Kenvue and not allow ORSL stalls in IAP conferences. Most of the mails and messages were not acknowledged. 2. I called out IAP on social media after being patient for 4 years. They considered expelling me from the IAP. IAP continued with ORSL stalls. I had to call them out again, because I prioritized child health to IAP. 3. The President Elect contender in 2024 messaged me saying she would take the matter up if she won. I had even campaigned for her thinking that some one with integrity would get elected and would not bow to Kenvue/Johnson&Johnson. After she won, she stopped acknowledging my messages. 4. I persisted with my PIL, writing to authorities, and on Social media. Letters from the parents, case reports from the paediatricians, and videos of parents being given the misbranded liquids in place of ORS. 5. Finally, FSSAI gave the order that misbranding, misleading labelling and marketing of beverages as ORS is not allowed. 6. THE ENTIRE NATION CELEBRATED ME EXCEPT FOR THE IAP. 7. Kenvue rebranded immediately to eRZL(restickered the remaining ORSL as eRZL and launched a new drink eRZL for daily hydration, and marketed the new eRZL as a new version of ORSL(violating the FSSAI order and the Delhi High Court Order). 8. I continued raising awareness that eRZL is not ORS, and that Sucralose containing drinks should not be given to children under 2 years of age, and not to be given to children daily because of the concerns expressed by WHO about the potential risk for disturbance of gut microbiota, diabetes, and related complications. 9. I filed a Trade Mark objection to the rebranding of ORSL to eRZL. 10. I reached out to the IAP president (the one who promised to take care of it), and she said she had to verify facts. 11. 3 weeks passed by. KENVUE AND JOHNSON&JOHNSON SENT ME A LEGAL NOTICE THREATENING TO PUT A DEFAMATION CASE AGAINST ME IF I DO NOT REMOVE MY POSTS. THEY ACCUSED ME OF POSTING MY CONTENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR VIEWS AND FOR COMMERCIAL GAINS. 12. They also posted on their page that their hydration portfolio has been presented in PEDICON. 13. I reached out to IAP to condemn the notice sent to me, to condemn the public statement by Kenvue which indirectly said IAP supported ORSL s scientific validity, to ask Kenvue to rebrand eRZL completely so that it doesn't mimic ORSL, and to not promote their drinks as daily hydration drinks for children. 14. Many senior paediatricians condemned the notice. Gujarat paediatricians have decided to boycott Kenvue and Johnson&Johnson products. Many medical bodies had by then condemned the notice issued to me: @IndiaESI, @FAIMA_INDIA_ , HRDA Andhrapradesh, HRDA Telangana, MARD Thane, MARD Nagpur, JUDA Ahmedabad, Telangana JUDA, JUDA Ranchi, T-SRDA, GARD, Telangana Doctor's Forum, RDA Aligarh, RDWS UP, IMA Hyderabad Airport, Endocrine Society of Telangana, Indian Doctor's and Dermatologists against quackery. 15. IAP DOESN'T CONDEMN THE NOTICE ISSUED TO ME, DOESN'T CONDEMN THE PUBLIC STATEMENT BY KENVUE, BUT RELEASES A POSITION STATEMENT WHICH EMPHASIZES ON ELECTROLYTE DRINKS FOR NON DIARRHOEAL DEHYDRATION AND ON THE SAFETY LIMITS OF SUCRALOSE WITHOUT MENTIONING THE OTHER ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS, AND WITHOUT WARNING THE PARENTS ABOUT THE POTENTIAL RISKS OF LONG TERM INTAKE OF SUCRALOSE. NOW, KENVUE CAN USE THIS STATEMENT TO PROMOTE SUCRALOSE CONTAINING DRINKS AS DAILY HYDRATION DRINKS FOR CHILDREN. THEY ARE EVEN NOW WANTING TO EXPEL ME FROM IAP, AND AGAIN SOME SENSIBLE PAEDIATRICIANS WITH INTEGRITY ARE STOPPING THEM. SO, NOW, WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND FROM THIS?! RGHS की दवाइयाँ कर्मचारियों को नहीं मिल रही हैं। उनकी तनख़्वाह में से दवाई का पैसा कट रहा है। आज अस्पतालों को भुगतान नहीं होने की वजह से अस्पतालों ने हड़ताल कर रखी है और कर्मचारी तथा पेंशनर्स को दवाइयाँ देने से मना कर रहे हैं। यह कर्मचारी और पेंशनर्स जाएँ तो जाएँ कहाँ? क्या मुख्यमंत्री जी, आपको इतना भी नज़र नहीं आता कि मेरे जो कर्मचारी हैं, मेरे जो पेंशनर्स हैं, जो बुज़ुर्ग लोग है वो किस परिस्थिति से गुज़र रहे हैं? कैसे वे दवाइयों की व्यवस्था कर पा रहे होंगे? रिटायरमेंट के बाद व्यक्ति को जरूरत होती है। उसे बार–बार अस्पताल जाना पड़ता है। और आप हैं कि इस पर ध्यान ही नहीं दे रहे। इसलिए मैं कहना चाहूँगा, मुख्यमंत्री जी RGHS का बजट जारी कीजिए, पेंशनर्स का भुगतान कीजिए, कर्मचारियों का भुगतान कीजिए। ऐसे कैसे काम चलेगा? @RajCMO @BhajanlalBjp
