A couple of years ago, a Reanimation Collab of the Sonic SatAM Episode, Sonic Racer, was released to celebrate the show's 30th Anniversary. This project was known as Sonic Rejuiced. Many artists from across the fandom came together to do their own interpretations of the episode. It was an impressive collab featuring years of hard work coming together, and featuring various talented artists including PixelRush, Aaron MiiToons and Stout Productions. I don't normally watch Reanimation Collabs, but I made an exception for this since it was something SatAM related that was new. It was very well put together and showed all the various animation styles along with a few references. Some parts were good, and I enjoyed references to media such as Dragon Ball Z, Fatal Fury and Mega Man, along with art style that paid homage to other classic Sonic media. Some references I wasn't really partial to, in fact some contained things I very much dislike, but in life, you can't expect everything to go one hundred percent your way. I still appreciated the collab and the work that went into it. Some jokes were a bit inappropriate as well, most likely to bypass the 'Made for Kids' curse (Which did affect the video briefly). I get it but some jokes and references I could have done without. But all in all, it's a good piece of media. I did my part sharing it on my main channel, both promoting it and helping with the Made for Kids mark. Last I heard, the people behind it were going to work on an new original animated project based on a character named Marie Garnet. That backstory isn't my cup of tea but this team seemed passionate about the idea, and were getting ready to put it through. Unfortunately a bad incident occurred a little over a year ago, and the channel seemingly disappeared. Not something I want to get into right now, but I consider this an unfortunate waste. Overall, this wasn't a bad experience. I enjoyed the collab for what it was worth and if you haven't seen it yet, check it out. Or if you have seen it, go for it again. A new way to watch a classic SatAM episode. Overall, I'd give this maybe an 8/10. Pros: Good animation, fun references, great homages. Cons: Disliked some references, some inappropriate jokes.
