IMPORTANT NOTICE – 03 JULY 2025 SUSPENSION OF SATOSHI ISLAND DIGITAL ASSET UTILITY Effective immediately, all trading (buying or selling) of Satoshi Island digital assets, including NFT Deeds, must cease. Please be advised that the license agreement between Satoshi Island DAO LLC and the stakeholders of the private island in Vanuatu has been suspended due to failure to comply with key terms of the land lease. Specifically: There has been no material development on the island over the past three years. The project has failed to demonstrate ongoing funding sufficient to maintain the property in a safe and habitable condition. No economic contributions, employment opportunities, or community engagement initiatives have been made in support of the custom landowners or the local Santo community. As a result of these breaches, the utility previously associated with the Satoshi Island NFT Deeds is no longer valid or recognised. We are currently exploring a voluntary buyback initiative and welcome expressions of interest from community members willing to assist with structuring a fair and transparent process. Further updates will follow.

Formation of a Recovery DAO: A community-driven Recovery DAO is being organised to ensure that responsibility and efforts are shared collectively rather than falling on any one individual. Volunteers will be contacted in due course.

License Reinstatement: Efforts are ongoing to explore possibilities for reinstating the license, with an emphasis on establishing clear and transparent conditions of participation moving forward.

**Community Update** Work is currently underway on several key initiatives to support the community:

Satoshi Island Holdings Limited, based in Vanuatu, holds the lease for the island. Its shareholder is Satoshi Island DAO LLC, a Marshall Islands entity created since DAOs aren’t yet recognized in Vanuatu. Outdated records still list previous owners as directors due to complicated update processes, though all required documents have been filed. The DAO holds rights to all digital assets of the project, with initial members participating voluntarily.

Satoshi Island Limited was officially deregistered and has never been used for any operational purposes. We do not conduct any direct business ourselves, instead, we simply facilitate community needs by connecting individuals with the appropriate departments and service providers.
