But the US justice system did not charge him to court, they did a mental evaluation and sent him to a mental facility, instead a jail cell. 2020 he tried to attack someone in the mental facility he was confined in, but in 2021 he was still released to the public. On March 19, 2026, he almost killed Peter Walbrun. March 31, 2026, the court ordered a mental evaluation of Menlendez (again) @DAGToddBlanche when will the US justice system stop allowing people like these walk freely, while people with less violent tendencies rot in jail?
