#KaalaiVanakkam! A life audit is a great wake up call. This weekend, sit down and take stock. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being least and 10 being best, rate your life today, on these 8 factors. Be honest. See where you are doing well. Good, keep it up. Now look at the low scoring areas - that's your focus. Happy auditing 🌺

9 out of 100 organisations are willing to openly discuss disability inclusion. Not 9% without policies. 9% willing to have the conversation. That gap is not administrative. It is cultural. And culture shapes outcomes far more than policy ever will.

#KaalaiVanakkam! Q - How can I be sure that everything will be fine? A - Isn't your very life today - after facing lots of challenges - a witness to that? Believe in the Universal Energy. Believe firmly. Allow the spirit of surrender to fully infuse in your mind. All is well.

#KaalaiVanakkam! Q - When things are so tough, how can I believe that everything will go well? A - Just believe. If there is a logic for things not to work out, there are 100 reasons why they WILL! Do your job. And be fiercely optimistic. Your mind will instantly obey you.

#KaalaiVanakkam! Acknowledge your problems without getting sucked in. Simply put - don't overthink. Focus on grit: break challenges into small wins, track progress, and celebrate tiny victories. This shifts balance, builds momentum, and fuels your resilience 🌟

51% of managers believe there are no appropriate roles for people with disabilities. Not unwilling. Not resistant. Unable to see it. That distinction changes everything. Because willingness without imagination doesn’t create opportunities.

#KaalaiVanakkam! Yes, the blue sky is our shield. Prayers of our wellwishers and our own the strong belief in God - are the silver linings. It is tough to keep our faith when things get dark, but if there is ONE thing our life has taught us - it's that we shall overcome.

DARE TO DREAM Volume 6 | Issue 2 | February 2026 After ten years of steady execution, one reality stands clear: When capability is consistent, systems must evolve to sustain it. This month reflects a decade of building inclusion not as an initiative, but as infrastructure.

My Grandparents Were Married For 60 Years. One Day I Asked My Grandfather: “What’s The Secret To Loving The Same Woman For A Lifetime?” He didn’t laugh. He didn’t say “communication.” He didn’t say “date nights.” He looked at my grandmother, who was in the kitchen, and said: “You don’t love the same woman.” That confused me. He said, “She changes every few years. And if you don’t update the way you love her, you lose her.” He told me the girl he married at 22 wasn’t the same woman at 30. Motherhood changed her. Loss changed her. Time changed her. “At 40,” he said, “she needed respect more than romance. At 50, she needed partnership more than passion. At 60, she needed presence more than promises.” And every time she changed, he had a choice: Complain that she’s “not like she used to be.” Or learn her again. He said the biggest mistake men make is this: They fall in love once. Then stop paying attention. “Loving a woman for a lifetime,” he told me, “is deciding to stay curious about her.” Not assuming you know her. Not freezing her in the version you met. He leaned back and said something I’ll never forget: “If you stop studying her, someone else eventually will.” Sixty years. Not because it was easy. Because he kept relearning her.
