Just days after being found out for defrauding the TN Court and other XETA members, Rodney Riley of Zanesville, OH, along with co-conspirator Daniel Megibben (Antioch, TN), are now trying to defraud their fellow Plaintiffs, for a second time, by running an elaborate GoFundMe scam to raise money for an "appeal". Here's what Rodney Riley doesn't want you know: On July 31st, 2024, Maureen Riley, co-owner of "ClearPath Utility Services, LLC", and Rodney, were SUED in Federal Court within the Southern District of Ohio by eIung Financial Corporation (Case Number: 2:24-cv-03802). Rodney's family business, run by him and his wife, were sued for breach of contract for refusing to pay their bills and honor their legal and financial obligations. According to the complaint, eIung Financial Corporation, accused Rodney Riley's company, ClearPath Utility Services, LLC, of failing to pay bills totaling over $88,585.00 in damages. Maureen, Rodney, and ClearPath were forced to settle this lawsuit in March 2025, taking yet another legal loss. Rodney and his wife refused to honor their legal and financial obligations that they contractually agreed to. But yes, I'm most certain that after defrauding TN Federal Court, Eiung Financial, and now trying to defraud the Plaintiffs for a 2nd time via GoFundMe, that he will finally muster up the ability to fulfill his responsibilities. 🚨 On Monday, March 23rd, Tennessee Federal Judge Crenshaw tossed the fake lawsuit against me and others out of Court. Keyboard warriors Daniel Megibben, Rodney Riley, Nicholas Sgherzi, and many others, tried to take knowingly false Internet fantasies that they invented and attempted to peddle these lies to the Court of Law. They failed. Miserably. Justice has been served.
