ISL is distinct from BSL. It has its own grammar, signs, & cultural customs. ISL is used by around 1,500 Deaf people in Northern Ireland & is widely across Ireland. Sign Language is central to the Deaf community. For more on our services visit: sightforsurrey.org.uk (2/3)
