One of my favorite creators on @drip_haus is @themikecasey, a jazz saxophonist who has been sharing his music, videos, and sheet music through DRiP as collectibles. We worked with @single_xyz to build a DRiP-gated Shopify storefront, which is now live. You can help Mike chart on Billboard and win a Grammy, and put @Solana music collectibles on the map. Here's how: Billboard reporting requires very specific sales mechanics from only vetted partners, like Single. Every purchase of a qualifying album is the equivalent of something like 1,000 streams. If you own one of his first four songs from DRiP, you get access to a physical copy (and therefore a Billboard-eligible item) at a discount. If you pick one up, I would be grateful. Then once you have a solid follower base, start changing the distribution pattern: → Tease the same updates earlier on your site or app → Give fans exclusive early access before wider release The goal is to gradually transition more interactions to platforms you control, while strengthening direct relationships with your true fans. It’s the same muscle and content, just a slight repositioning.
