@sailor_tc Yeah cause she comes from money, which allowed her to start such a massive music career. her grandmother was a singer and tv entertainer lol like, Taylor swift was a billionaire in 2023 too. She also is just investing in real estate.

@Skatunenetwork i totally get you and realize bands can't cater to everyone but im ngl MCR's tour last year was really comfy because it happened every weekend. I was on instagram every Saturday night like "oo my favorite show is on!"

@Becomesdahunted I also wouldn’t be frustrated, I’d be grateful. I know there’s people in cities like Kansas City or Iowa who wish bands came to their town at all. I know as a south Floridians, artists and bands stopped coming through as often and I always appreciate whenever they do 🤷🏾‍♀️

@Becomesdahunted I mean it’s inaccurate to say they’re ALL on weekdays. Any venue doing weekday shows 100% have weekend shows too. Last 3 times I played Minneapolis was on a weekend, and I just checked the venue I’m playing in August and they have every weekend filled with some dope shows!

@reginalinettis Hard for me to relate, I’ve always been grateful to experience live music at all. It’s always exciting to know I can go out after a day of work and enjoy myself. Since high school, I loved going to a good show and going to school the next day. It’s all a mentality!

@Skatunenetwork i think people understand why this doesn’t happen but it can still be frustrating that so many concerts happen on weekdays (which statistically is just ~60-70% more likely because there are more weekdays than weekends)
