Anyone had luck getting a refund from @skiffprivacy?
Been trying for a week.
No response to support tickets, twitter DMs or in App Feedback.

@skiffprivacy Thank you! I've signed up to many services with Skiff email / use custom domains so was concerned I'd get locked out if I missed migrating.

Update: Skiff Mail will now run forwarding up through 2025 for one year going forward.
We understand the pain of switching your email and relying on a new provider. We hope this extended migration period eases that a bit.
If more help is needed, please DM us. All open-source repos remain up.

@skiffprivacy @paul_tartan I wasn’t aware, and that’s certainly unacceptable. I think we all expected more of you provided how engaged you all were with the community, then suddenly disappeared. We loved the Skiff product and community and it’s disappointing to see it evaporate.

We immediately shut it off as that started.

@ethaneharris @hill71842 Skiff has never received any portion of payments for UD domains or purchases made on any other services. We also cannot refund or even view purchases.

We know it's a huge pain to migrate. We worked as hard as possible for almost 5 years to support our community.
If you check out the original note to all Skiff users (skiff.com/data-migration), it ends with an apologize and a message appreciating all support. This went out to every Skiff inbox on Feb 9th.
