First off, in the violate world of developmental league, I adore the loyalty of @Samikintw and Blue Otter. Few players have cemented their legacy with an org in T2 quite like him post academy era. Secondly, I think Ariana and Munchy could really turn heads fast, watch out for this topside.

@YanniCasts @speedygrapes @TheSaltMinePod Again, a dude who’s never lived in the US, never played away from LCK, is not spending his final year throwing all that away for no real monetary gain. And in the last 5 years, name me a world champion from the east that’s played their final year or two in NA lol

This is one of the most promising things I’ve seen come through in a while for esports. What really has me hopeful about this concept is what it could do for getting the youth/parents into esports of all types. If they’re able to get access to government-backing, think of the outreach this could have with national competitions in schools, maybe even high school leagues that could set up a true foundational circuit that could feed into US colleges and beyond. The framework, the mission, but most importantly the PEOPLE involved in this USA Esports initiative are what have me excited about this project. It’ll be a long road, but what a beautiful fist step.

I am humbled and blessed to be working with some of the most talented and dedicated people in the esports industry on this project. This launch has been 13 months in the making. As the President of Esports Operations, my goal is to legitimize esports to a point in parents minds that it is considered alongside other sports as a healthy place for their children to develop and grow. We will win medals, we will represent our country in the largest esports competitions, but that is just the shiny tip of the spear for a 30 year pursuit of legitimacy for our activity. I am looking forward to working with the brightest minds in our industry on a comprehensive Athlete Development Model for the United States that reflects standards and compliance set by other sports for the last century. If done correctly, this organization will outlive us. 🇺🇸❤️

God damnit Cubby that was incredibly sweet man. As much as I do credit my background and outside esports work, the impact people like you have had on my casting/content creation in this space far outweighs it. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me as always, but not just as a coworker, as a lifelong friend.

Want to give kudos both to @speedygrapes and @SlayerCasts for their recent announcements. Working LPL English and other projects with these guys, I’ve really come to appreciate their education and alternative jobs in the space. I’m a marketing major who loved league and when COVID hit I rode the wave to find casting. I’ve had to learn a ton about production throughout my journey, whether it’s basic editing skills, improving in graphic design which I had some background in, or building your own production or set out of a bedroom at home. It was really evident early on these guys had a background in those skills, it showed in what they were creating but they also always had a creative vision of objective behind it that set them apart early on. I’ve always said if you want to pursue broadcasting you need to make some of your own content. That doesn’t apply anymore, you have to be your own content creator and these guys took that approach from the start and made stuff that was fun, clever, and at times necessary thinking about Grapes’ collegiate coverage in particular. As for LPL English, 2 of my favorite peers to work with who often out prep me which I remember cause I don’t like that feeling and it’s made for really fun broadcasting throughout the last 1.5 years. Each have side jobs with major 4 sports production companies and visiting with them about that before broadcast is always a joy. Sports are a passion of mine but I also always learn something new about their process and I really enjoy and appreciate that. In the utmost respect to these 2 at times they make me feel old and outdated because of the skills they bring to the craft. They’ve folded in a lot of skills and hobbies to create a professional career that I view as new age as someone a bit more removed from my own education on top of being grounded people. It also speaks to their ability to take some of what they learn in those jobs and from other talented people in their craft and fold it all into this, some of whom I met through Slayer. In the end, as someone who has given them a hint of guidance throughout the years and have also learned a ton from both of them, excited to see talented coworkers land cool opportunities.

Ten years ago, my dad took me to Las Vegas to watch Stixxay’s Tristana dismantle TSM (to my dismay) at Mandalay Bay. I fell in love with the story of our region. The players who gave us hope. The losses that broke our hearts. Now, a decade later, I’ll be helping deliver those emotions to fans around the world just like me. I’m joining the @LCSOfficial as a Jr. Associate Producer for the rest of the 2026 season!
