So many great cocktails on the east end of H St NE. Went to Providencia for a night cap and dessert - a subtly sweet plantain, hojicha, and rum tiramisu. Paired really well with a Japanese whiskey drink topped with peanut foam. Also had to try the gruyere pupusa. When in Prov...

Daru is a cozy corner restaurant with excellent food & complex cocktails (original plan was a cocktail bar). A generous HH runs daily at the bar 5-6:30, and occasionally all night, including this Sun-Thur. I love the snacks most - items like dahi puri & momo. Z&Z zaatar naan is🤌
