Extremely disappointed with Sony TV quality. Within just 9 months, the screen has developed black patches. Not expected from a brand like Sony. Need urgent support and replacement under warranty. Poor experience so far. Got very illogical reason from technician @Sony @sony_india

@sony_india Worst product...i have bought Sony bravia KD-55X75L 55" tv for almost 54k. After 2 years i got it repaired with a cost of 20k. Again the screen is not working properly. New repair is coming every other day. I request people not to buy Sony prodcuts. Rather go for samsung or LG

@Sony @sony_india I have an HTS500RF. It's one of the most premium home audio set ups in the country. All of a sudden it has stopped working and the service center is demanding so much money that I'd rather buy a new one. It wasn't expected from Sony. Please solve my concern

Dear @sony_india do you think it's really worth it to pay 10500rs for a 12k device for a hinge repair? Ideally you should have done it for free as that sony headset is very delicate and quality is not so good, and instead of replacement u should have more focus on repair. #sony

Just faced extreme humiliation at Sony Authorized Service Center (Esskay Worli). Instructed by corporate to visit, only to have staff (Aditya, Kumar Pillai, Sagar Rane) refuse to even look at my defective new headphones and ask me to leave. @Sony @sony_india

Yesterday, our living room's Sony Bravia XR7 65" version got delivered and installed. Man, I absolutely loved it so far and I've made the best decision choosing it over LG OLED and Samsung OLED. Watched F1 a few scenes and the blacks @Dolby vision HDR is just next level. @PrimeVideo Dedicated Tuning for Amazon watching The dark knight rises Batman bike scene next level. @Sony @sony_india Initially I was worried about this decision as Bravia 7 II is about to launched but I don't think I'll be getting the Bravia 7 II at this insane price.. So, I'm thinking @sony won't disappoint me with Bravia 7 II by pricing it lower 😅 I'll share my experience Over here... Couldn't do it because of the case issues. Anyways will share the videos soon. Stay tuned :)
