Abusive Marketplace Practices: Reminder of Sorare Rules We have recently observed behaviors involving card listings at artificially low prices combined with currency restrictions, creating misleading price references within the marketplace and affecting interactions between managers As stated in Sorare’s Marketplace Terms, any activity intended to distort the proper functioning, fairness, or integrity of the marketplace is prohibited This message serves as a final reminder to comply with the Marketplace Terms and Terms and Conditions By Friday 12:00 PM UTC, managers continuing to engage in these practices may receive a 30-day suspension from the marketplace, as well as potential additional account sanctions under Sorare’s Terms & Conditions and Marketplace Terms We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a fair marketplace environment for all managers

Set Squad failed state As mentioned in our blog, Squad is currently in a beta phase for the end of Stellar. This morning, we experienced an issue impacting 110 squads that submitted a lineup before 10 AM CET. Due to this issue, our system counted their score as 0, resulting in a failed state. Unfortunately, we can’t revert the results, but your feedback remains extremely valuable to us during this beta phase. All members of the affected squads will receive a Pack as compensation tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience, and enjoy the rest of the Stellar Set!

Sorare Set Rules Clarification Level Validation Period Rule Currently, our system is designed to allow you to play shortly after the end of the last game that validates your step. This period includes the freezing of player scores, which then triggers the automatic validation process for streaks before claims are unlocked for managers. The entire process is completed within 10 minutes. We will look into ways to speed up this process on our side, and we are also considering a solution that would allow you to pre-set your lineups in the future. Change of Tier for Injured Players When an Icon or Star player is injured and expected to miss an extended period, we aim to react quickly by downgrading them to a lower tier. This is done to prevent managers from packing a player who is unusable in gameplay as an Icon or Star. We understand that the drop in scrapping value can be a source of frustration due to the sudden decrease, and we will discuss ways to find a fair solution for everyone in the future.

Vous pouvez ouvrir un ticket, mais la réponse à votre demande sera négative, puisque les probabilités des cartes dans le pack sont affichées sur le site, et que les cartes 1 étoile en faisaient partie. Vous avez donc obtenu une carte qui faisait bien partie des possibilités du pack.

J'espère que ceux qui payeront 1€ pour 5 gemmes seront mieux respectés que moi 🤣🥶un joueur DNP même dans un pack 1 carte c'est n'importe quoi et ça devrait être remboursé ou échangé par #sorare comment tu peux donner un joueur blessé en guise de spécial carte today 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Since Wednesday, it is no longer possible to see when a Golden Arena opens. However, it is still possible to see when a Golden Arena is full (and therefore no longer joinable). Yesterday's reward distribution was affected by a technical issue that caused some Managers to receive rewards they hadn't won, while others did not receive the rewards they had won. We identified the problem quickly and immediately mobilized our technical team. Our priority throughout has been to restore fairness for everyone. Here's a full recap of what has been done and what comes next: Your rewards are coming Every Manager will receive exactly what they have won. Promotions and relegations will also be corrected to reflect the accurate Game Week results. A proper reward distribution is scheduled for early afternoon CET today. Incorrectly distributed rewards We have reversed rewards that were incorrectly distributed. This covers: Fiat rewards. Transactions have been reversed by our payment provider. Card rewards Essence rewards not used in Craft XP not yet applied to cards The following incorrectly distributed rewards will not be retrieved. The amounts involved are limited and will have no impact on the game’s fairness or economy: Cash rewards paid out in crypto Essence already used in Craft XP already applied to cards Interrupted Crafting Some Managers were mid-Craft when the platform went into maintenance. Affected Managers will have their Essence and any clues used returned in full. This excludes Managers who crafted using Essence that was incorrectly rewarded to them. Canceled Auctions Auctions that were running yesterday have been canceled and all bids refunded. Cards are now back on the market and open for bidding. Jersey edition auctions that were canceled will return to the market within the next few hours. We sincerely apologize for the disruption this has caused. Our teams are fully mobilized to make things right as quickly as possible today and to prevent anything like this from happening again.
