A key addition—previously noted as absent by many users—is full #MIDI capability. MIDI control is now supported via the onboard USB-C port, which was formerly limited to registration and firmware updates. Beyond MIDI functionality, the update also delivers improved #Bluetooth connectivity for the companion application, alongside the introduction of a wired #USB connection option for mobile devices. A desktop version of the #UAFX Control application, however, has not yet been made available. We take a closer look in the March 2026 edition
