@DerekParavicini and Claire Doran perform the traditional Scottish song Charlie Is My Darling, about the Bonnie Prince himself. Derek is our Sounds of Intent ambassador, and a famous musical savant. Claire is autistic and loves to sing. She has performed with Derek several times.

Sounds of Intent has a ‘can-do’ philosophy. Rather than regarding those with profound disabilities as a bundle of 'can’t's', the SoI framework works from the basis of 'can's'. In other words, it is a far more empowering and respectful model. Learn more in this video.
